Nitrite salt

A mixture of sodium chloride and 0,6% sodium nitrite, nitrite salt is universally used for curing meats and certain fish products. Nitrite salt is a food preservative that also works as an antibacterial agent against botulism-causing bacteria and spoilage.

Our nitrite salt is ideal for curing meat, cured spiced beef, sausages and sujuk.
